Travel grantsA limited number of travel grants funded by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will be available. The grants are intended to support the travel to and from the PPC10 Workshop and registration costs of prospective participants who would have difficulties attending the PPC10 Workshop without such assistance. Especially young researches from countries with lower economic resources are encouraged to apply for a travel grant.
Prospective grant applicants should first look for their respective domestic means of support, and apply for a travel grant only when the support found is not sufficient to cover all expenses to participate in the PPC10 Workshop. Note that any applicant has to be a national of one of IAEA Member States eligible to receive assistance under the IAEA Technical Cooperation Program.
Please comply with the following instructions in order to apply for a travel grant:
- submit an abstract (only active participation can be supported), and
- send a request for support to Workshop Organizers by email together with a CV and a short motivation letter.
The deadline for applications is April 30, 2011. Grant applications will be evaluated and the decision will be communicated to applicants by June 1, 2011.
